Stephanie Dobos, owner of The Butter Stick Bakery (formally Sugar N Spice Patisserie) is a certified Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef with years of experience.

The Butter Stick Bakery is a home grown, unique atmosphere that has a lot of heart and soul put into it. Opening in 2008, not only have I grown and matured as a person but, so has the bakery. I began this adventure fresh out of culinary school focusing on strictly specialty cakes. Since then we have matured into a full blown bakery that has been featured in Austin Monthly and the Austin American Statesman. We have been awarded Most Creative Cakes and Best Tasting Cake by Austin Monthly in 2012.

This bakery is truly the product of non stop encouragement and support. My family and friends have never ceased to encourage and lend a helping hand. Countless long nights in the kitchen, baking frantically with my friends has truly been the backbone of this company and is a constant reminder of how with the right people to support you and pull you through, anything can be accomplished.
